Education Qualification: For the posts of higher education department candidate must posses B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech and school education department for headmasters and district inspector/associate district inspector candidate posses second class masters degree in honours degree from recognized university. Second class masters degree in honours degree in science subject for the post of 2 (b), geography subject for the post of 2(C), Physics subject for the post of 2(d). For the District inspector /Associate District inspector candidates posses second class masters degree of a recognized university.
Age Limit:Candidates who applying for the West Bengal pubic service commission recruitment of above mentioned jobs candidate should have age 50 years for Principal and professor jobs and age between 40 to 45 years for the Associate professors jobs.For the school education department candidate have age between 35 to 45 years,for District /Additional District Inspector candidate have 35 years.
